Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- be unworn and unwashed
- be returned in their original condition
- include all original tags and packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-returnable items
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Sale or discounted items (if specified)
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected:
- refunds will be issued within 7 days
- using the original payment method
